I think I get hung up the most as a leader when I forget who we are trying to reach at GCC (which, by the way, are 35-55 year old entreprenuerial men.) Things get pretty rough when you try to program worship services to make everyone happy because in the end, no one is happy with your service.

Any Question About Who You are Trying to Reach?

Ha ha...that's interesting. You've gotta admit, it sure catches your attention!
You're right, it is a good reminder to us to be crystal clear about our mission and target audience. If we try to reach everyone we end up becoming relevant to no one.

Good post. Very thought-provoking. I was curious so I called the line and looks like they are a portable-type church, currently meeting @ the Salvation Army.
